Nam Young, a principled inspector from the Office of the Inspector-General, arrives in Hanyang hoping to restore his family's honor and make a name for himself. Kang Ro Seo, a noblewoman fallen on hard times, secretly brews moonshine to pay off debts, buy her mother's medicine, and support her brother's education. Meanwhile, Crown Prince Lee Pyo, rebellious and spirited, often sneaks out of the palace in search of a drink.
Their lives collide when they stumble upon a secret stash of illegal alcohol. But with prohibition strictly enforced, uncovering the truth could mean death. Bound by fate and a shared secret, the trio must navigate danger, deception, and growing bonds in a world where every sip could be their last.
