As teens, Praomook and Chalantorn enter a temporary marriage to lift his bad luck. She secretly loves him, but he finds her annoying. Years later in South Korea, they meet again—and Chalantorn is shot. Fearing his bad luck has returned, his parents ask Praomook to marry him once more, offering to buy back her father's house in return. She agrees, hoping to make him fall for her as payback.
