On a cruise to the Bahamas, shy administrative assistant Chen Jia Xin and charismatic heir Wang Xi Yi have an unexpected one-night stand after a case of mistaken identity. When Jia Xin discovers she's pregnant, she's pressured into a marriage of convenience — despite Xi Yi's intention to eventually marry his longtime girlfriend, Shi Anna.
A heartbreaking misunderstanding tears them apart, and Jia Xin flees to Hungary, where she reinvents herself as a potter with the support of her kind-hearted friend, Dylan. Over the next three years, Xi Yi matures and begins to understand the true meaning of love, family, and regret.
When fate brings them together again in Hungary, old wounds resurface — but so do lingering feelings. As they navigate their past and present, Jia Xin and Xi Yi are given a second chance at love — if they're brave enough to take it.
