Porfai, a country girl with dreams of opening a farm stay, agrees to pose as her aunt’s friend’s daughter and work as a cook in a wealthy household—even though the only dish she can make is chicken stir-fried with basil.

She meets Anawat under awkward circumstances, and when he learns she’s working in his parents’ home, he becomes suspicious of her motives. But as circumstances force them to work together, chaos—and unexpected closeness—ensues.
