Mahatsajan, a spoiled but charming young man, is pampered by his mother and nothing like his father, Patihan—a dedicated public servant who puts others before himself, even at the cost of his health. When Patihan can no longer continue his duties, Mahatsajan is sent to live with Phuyai Uak, the father of Baimon—a bold, confident girl with dreams of taking her traditional fermented fish recipe to the world.

To fulfill a promise, Mahatsajan convinces Baimon to work as a maid at his house for three months. During their time together, he begins to see the beauty in her determination—and in the peaceful simplicity of rural life. Slowly, love and personal growth begin to blossom.
